The room had a great shower, tv, and a comfortable seating area. It also offered a minibar and a walk-in shower, super convenient. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh options. Staff were accommodating, and the location was just a short walk to major attractions. Loved the soundproofing too!

Tidy, new-fashioned units provided with a balcony, surprisingly big terrace, as example. Location very close to Cologne Cathedral, the opera house, the concert hall, pick up for bus tours and easy access to the Christmas Markets, sightseeing and Dusseldorf. Again, walking distance to a grand Gothic cathedral...

Lack of air conditioning during hot weather!!! Rooms feel cramped, not ideal for longer stays!!! The parking charges should be clarified upfront to avoid unpleasant surprises!!! Limited entertainment options leave much to be desired!!!

The Double Room was super comfy with cozy down duvets. I really liked the excellent water pressure in the shower-definitely a plus! The room was quiet too, giving a peaceful vibe, awesome for such a central hotel. Breakfast was a highlight with a nice selection, though I wish it had a bit more variety. A great spot to rest after exploring!

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short 2-minute walk from the main train station. The staff are excellent, accommodating our every need and even providing delicious breakfast with hot coffee served in beautiful china. The room was cozy with a great shower, and I appreciated the air conditioning, especially during warmer weather.
